Cavite Provincial Government employees gained valuable updates on their healthcare benefits as the Office of the Provincial Human Resource Management Officer (OPHRMO) spearheaded a PhilHealth Orientation and Updates Session on October 2 at the New Provincial Government Center.

The activity brought together employees from various provincial offices and departments, reflecting the Provincial Governmentโ€™s commitment to promoting employee welfare through accessible healthcare information and services. Ms. Edelyn V. Rodil, Social Insurance Officer II, led the discussion on PhilHealthโ€™s โ€œYakapโ€ Program and other relevant services. She provided clear and practical insights on the latest policies, programs, and membership guidelines, ensuring that participants are well-informed about their benefits. Aside from the orientation, onsite services were also made available for employees. These included ID release for new applicants, re-issuance of PhilHealth IDs, and issuance of Member Data Records (MDR), making it more convenient for employees to update and access their PhilHealth information without leaving the workplace. Through the initiative, the Provincial Government of Cavite continues to strengthen its efforts in building a well-informed, healthy, and empowered workforce by bringing essential services closer to its employee.
