Bacoor launches and blesses 4PH Salinas Residential Showroom

March 6, 2026 — The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, marked another milestone in its housing initiatives with the blessing and launch of the 4PH Program – Salinas Residential Showroom at the Bacoor Government Center.
The ceremony, organized through the Housing, Urban Development and Resettlement Department (HUDRD) under Atty. Aimee Neri, highlights Bacoor’s continued commitment to providing affordable and accessible housing opportunities for its residents.
Among those present during the event were Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, Councilors Noly Galvez, Rey Palabrica, Horacio Brilliantes, and Rey Fabian, along with representatives from partner government agencies and private sector developers.
Key industry partners also attended, including Edgar Saavedra, Chairman and CEO of Megawide Construction Corporation, Ms. Ma. Gilda “Gigi” Alcantara, President of PH1 World Developers, and Mr. Jim Feliciano, Megawide’s Chief Business Development Officer. Representatives from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) also joined the event in support of the housing project.
The 4PH Salinas Project will consist of four residential towers, each with 500 units, benefiting a total of 2,000 families. Each unit will measure 27 square meters, designed to provide safe, comfortable, and affordable living spaces for residents.
Mayor Revilla expressed his gratitude to all stakeholders involved and reaffirmed the city’s dedication to inclusive housing programs that uplift communities and improve the quality of life for Bacooreños.
The blessing of the showroom marks the beginning of a transformative housing initiative in Bacoor — made possible through strong collaboration between government agencies, private sector partners, and the local community.
